Exchange Policy
Exchanges are valid for 6 days from the date of product delivery.
To initiate an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with tags intact and original packaging.
Exchanges are allowed only for size changes or for purchasing a different product.
If the new product is of higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
If the new product is of lesser value, the difference will be credited as a Gift Card/Store Credit.
A nominal fee of Rs. 99/- will be charged for all exchanges.
If the desired size is unavailable and the customer opts not to exchange for a different product, store credit of the original order value minus the exchange fee will be issued.
Store credits are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
Why do we charge an Exchange Fee?
The exchange fee helps cover costs like shipping and handling to maintain high service quality.
What is Not Covered in Exchange?
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Products without tags, used items, or items not in their original condition will not be accepted.
In Case of Damaged/Wrong/Incomplete Orders:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
A proper unboxing video is required for any claims.
Ensure the video shows the entire package (all sides, top, bottom) and the unboxing process without cuts or pauses.
Your exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the return is picked up.
Unboxing Rules for Returns/Exchanges:
Capture the entire unboxing process in a single video.
No pauses or cuts are allowed in the video.
Show clear evidence of any damage or incorrect items.
Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery.
Second Exchange Requests
Recloth does not have a second exchange policy. If needed, a second exchange may be processed with a fee of Rs. 250/- and any applicable difference in product value. To proceed, email recloth.india@gmail.com .
When Will My Pickup for Size Exchange Take Place?
Reverse pickups are arranged within 2-3 working days. If your PINCODE is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to ship the product via IndiaPost Registered Parcel, and we will reimburse up to Rs. 99/- for shipping.
Exchange Product Dispatch:
Once the exchange fee (Rs. 99/-) is paid, your new product will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after pickup.
Return - Refund Policy:
If you opt not to exchange a product, you can request a refund in the form of store credit, valid for 120 days.
Fraudulent Behavior:
Recloth reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud or inappropriate behavior, including unethical transactions or abusive behavior, without issuing a refund.
Process of Return & Exchange:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Exchange Centre".
Enter your Order ID and email.
Select the order you wish to exchange and provide the reason.
Upload a minimum of 3 images of the product (front, back, and tag).
If exchanging, select the new size or product.
Once approved, a pickup will be arranged.
Pay the exchange fee of Rs. 99/- after pickup, and the new product will be dispatched.
For refunds as store credit:
Confirm your store credit option minus the Rs. 99/- exchange fee, and store credit will be issued within 24-48 business hours.
